Product Application Scenarios
1.In chewing gum, ACETEM serves as a gum base softener; its primary function is to reduce the hardness of the gum base and enhance its plasticity. It renders the gum softer and more palatable during the initial stages of chewing, while simultaneously improving the uniform dispersion of flavor compounds within the gum base. This ensures a sustained release of flavor throughout the chewing process and imparts a smooth, non-stick chewing experience to the product.
2.In cream, ACETEM primarily serves two key functions: maintaining the α-crystalline form of the fat and stabilizing the foam. It prevents quality deterioration-such as graininess and hardening-during storage, while simultaneously significantly enhancing whipping performance. This results in whipped cream with greater volume, superior foam stability, and a finer texture, thereby ensuring that cream-based products possess excellent aeration and mouthfeel.
Storage and Precautions
- Storage Conditions: Store sealed in a coo, dry, well ventilated area, protect fromn rain and sunlight to prevent moisture absorption and caking
- Shelf Life: 12-24 months unopened under proper storage conditions.
- Safety: Do not store or transport with flammable, explosive, or toxic substances
- Compliant Use: Use in accordance with GB 2760 regulations, within permitted food categories and usage limits.
