PGPR is a highly efficient synthetic emulsifier, which is available in two specifications: standard grade and high-purity grade. The purity of the standard grade needs to be ≥90%. It can be used in the food industry and is also a core application field, such as the chocolate and confectionery industry, as well as in baking and oil products. High-purity grade requires ≥95%. Such impurities are extremely rare and can be used in medicine, high-end cosmetics, or purity-sensitive formulas.
